Our Story
SteadySend was born from a simple frustration: watching talented team members waste hours every week rewriting the same email responses. As a support team leader, our founder saw firsthand how this repetitive work led to burnout, inconsistent messaging, and slower response times.
The existing solutions were either too complex (enterprise knowledge bases) or too simple (text expanders that couldn't handle personalization). Teams needed something in between—pre-approved templates with smart variables.
We built SteadySend to be that in-between: simple enough for any team, flexible enough for real personalization.
